As a transfemme, I of course love robots and the trans girls who pilot them. Which means I'm an appreciator of the fine works in the mechsploitation genre. Warning: these are all probably some level of smut with some pretty fucked themes. Its kind of what the genre is.
Little guide to my notes by the fanfic names:
- ⚠️ Its unfinished and hopefully still ongoing.
- (#/5) my very informal, yet legally binding rating.
My Absolute Faves
- WARHOUND ⚠️ words: 108,350 (5/5)
The classic. Its beloved for a reason, Kallie has made something uniquely beautiful and horrifying with her series. imho its the very first thing anyone should read in this genre. - catching strays words: 5,578 (5/5)
After the war, a former Handler comes across an ex-hound, and its so gloriously toxic. This is how girls' love is meant to be. - Highness words: 7,706 (5/5)
Royalty gets in a little sword fight with a hound, its real adorable. - MERCY-HOUND ⚠️ words: 10,771 (5/5)
Very much a fanfic of WARHOUND, set in the far future, where Sartha lives on as a religious symbol and saint to all imperial pilots. Very 'what if 40k was a bit more fucked up.' Gross and unsettling, very good. - Nexus Alpha ⚠️ words: 113,398 (5/5)
Ela Bambust has made something that probably doesn't actually apply to the genre, like sure its about handlers and their pilots, it has petplay, and its incredibly horny (like the most out of anything on this page), but Ela made something thats like fairly positive and actually consensual. Its honestly refreshing compared to the rest lol.
